I'm a 21 year old woman who loves gaming, food and animals. I work part time, I work most of the day but I am a quiet person and enjoy living in a clean and quiet studio, granny flat or unit. I don't have any kids but I do have 1 dog. I am a quiet person I don't drink, smoke or party. I work a lot so I just need a quiet space for myself and my dog when I am not working. I am after a studio, granny flat or unit for myself and my dog we would be moving in around the 12th of July (DATE IS FLEXIBLE) and would start with a 3 month lease and if it works out we will stay longer. There is no specific location I am after to live as long as it's on the sunshine coast I am pretty flexible. Whether it is Tewantin, Noosa, Maroochydore, Mapleton or Caloundra my work takes me all over the sunshine coast. $500 is the max I would pay for rent, ideally water, internet and electricity is included with rent.

I’m looking for temporary accommodation while I spend the cooler months back on the Sunshine Coast. I work full-time and live a fairly quiet lifestyle. I don’t drink or smoke and like to keep things relaxed, calm and clean & tidy at home. I'm handy too, and always happy to help around the house. I also come with Zoo Zoo, my groodle – he's a beautiful, well-trained dog who’s great with other dogs & kids. He is fully house-trained, very chill inside, but is happy to be outside, and he comes to work with me whenever possible. I love to cook as it's one of my main hobbies; I enjoy going to the beach daily with Zoo, pottering in the garden and love going for a cruise of my bike (not the Lycra type 😆). My girlfriend is still living in Melbourne and won’t be moving up just yet. It’ll just be me and Zoo Zoo for now. Once I find permanent rental, she and her dogs will join me – but not during this stay. Just looking for a clean, respectful space to call home for a little while. Cheers!
