Hi there! 🙋‍♀️ I'm Pat, a new grad physiotherapist working at the Royal Hobart after having moved from Melbourne about 2 months ago. Moved down for the job and nature and have not been disappointed!! Most of my weekend are spent hiking or climbing 🌳🦘, with the occasional new activity that someone's roped me into (how the heck does one stand on a surfboard?!). I'm quite social otherwise, and love a house where we can chat about our days but also have time and space to ourselves as needed. I'm a fiend for cozy board game and trivia nights, and love having friends over for an occasional dinner as well. Btw, I make some killer brownies and can't get through all of them myself... I've had about 4 years of sharehouse experience in Melbourne and am a very clean and considerate housemate, loving a thoughtful and personable shared space. I value open communication, transparency, and respect among roomies, and am very happy to answer any questions that come up! For the nitty gritty: I'm looking for a more private shared space within a sharehouse, ideally one suitable for couples so my partner can stay over here and there (not full time), and its own bathroom/ensuite. Further, I don't have a car or bike yet so a space that's within walking distance of the hospital is totally ideal! 🤠

I am Avi and have great accommodating lifestyle habits, like cooking for what could be a family, and cleaning up after what could be a family, and always stocking the cupboards and fridge, and being peaceable and respecting your private time and personal space. I do not ask for much, and offer more than I request with everyone I meet. And plus I do have a remarkable fluency in English and know all kinds of history, religion, nations, politics, philosophy and culture. I am well travelled, and currently studying a graduate diploma of management (Aus school of commerce), and working as a chef. Ask me anything and I shall give you both my ear and my best answer offering insight into how I can help you greater. My biggest problem in the past with living with others has been not knowing how to do the gardening, which I have now learnt and have local friends that can help me with. So hopefully that means everything will be smooth. My routines are to watch tv every evening around dinner time with a meal, and to leave the house most days. And I'm not a night owl. At the moment I am simply looking for anything as help is urgently requested as if I don't get a place, I won’t be able to enjoy the world most beautiful place that is Hobart.
