I like getting to know my housemates and having open communication within the house, so that everyone's voices are heard and any issues are dealt with in a promptly manner, so we can all live happily together. I enjoy having occasional shared dinners/movie nights. It's a great way to get to know each other, especially when someone is new to a house. I respect people's privacy and realise that we all need time to ourselves to rest and recharge. I am ideally looking for somewhere in Moonah (as that's where I work), Newtown, North Hobart or Mt Stuart. I always pay my rent on time (I set up a direct bank transfer each week/fortnight for rent).
