Arron and Quinn
$600/week•28-38 year old man and woman
Couple Seeking Peaceful Home – Reliable Tenants: Hi, we’re Arron & Quinn. We’ve been in our current share house for 2 years but are looking for a more peaceful place to call home. Our housemates are very social with frequent gatherings, but we prefer a quiet, clean space to recharge after work. Quinn works as a barista and loves cooking, while Arron works long 12-hour truck driving shifts most weeks and also studies from home. In our downtime we enjoy gaming, movies, and the occasional weekend trip to the coast. We both have vehicles (parking required), our own furniture (ONLY SEEKING UNFURNISHED), and are looking for our own place. We can provide references and rent ledgers to show we’re reliable. If you’ve got a clean, peaceful home available, we’d love to chat. We are not interested in share housing with multiple people. DISCLAIMER: We will not be accepting any subletting arrangements. If you are trying to gain additional income/ rent relief from your current rental without authorisation, we are not interested. We will only be accepting of accommodation that comes with a legal contract lease agreement to cover all parties.

Hajaa
$350/week•33 year old woman
My name is Hajaa. I work full-time in Brisbane in contract sales administration/business development and I’m also pursuing my PhD, so I keep quite busy during the week. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and enjoy a relaxed home environment. I also have a dog named Bamboo. She is desexed, well-behaved, and very used to apartment living. She’s friendly, house-trained, and calm indoors — mostly happy to nap or keep me company. I make sure she’s well looked after and won’t be a disturbance in shared areas. I’m looking forward to creating a friendly and comfortable living space together.

Brooke and Trent
$700/week•28-30 year old woman and man
Hi there! 👋🏻 My name is Brooke but my friends call me Bee. I'm a 30 y.o AuDHDer currently residing with a friend and hoping to secure a place for my younger brother and I. His name is Trent, he's 28 and autistic. We are both on disability pensions, but are quite independent and reliable people. We have previously lived alone and in various sharehouses, often separately but my brother recently moved up from Melbourne and cannot stay with family long term. We're quite selective with who we live with these days due to some bad experiences and dealing with housemates on the messier + inconsiderate side which stresses us out as we're much the opposite. Ideally we would love to find a break lease or something of that nature, our max combined rental limit p.w is $700. We're hoping to find something by early/mid December, as that's when I am required to leave my current accommodation. We're both quiet, clean, respectful, tidy, easy-going, friendly, approachable, down-to-earth, caring and considerate. We both love our alone time, but I also thoroughly enjoy low-key hangs if I click with people. I don't mind living with someone that makes noise at all, if anything it makes me feel more comfortable to do so as well rather than walking on eggshells. I have a dog + a cat, they're both well trained and very friendly 😊 my dog Charlie is a Maltese x Poodle that's almost 10 and my cat Missy is almost 13. My brother also has a dog, his name is Boss and he's a friendly 6 year old Beagle. Our animals are our babies, we find a lot of comfort in having them near. They provide us with stability and routine, as well as emotional support. I'm an avid music & cinema nerd, I also love gaming (PC, PS & Switch), digital art, knitting, live music, making music, British comedy (also a massive It's Always Sunny fan), playing board games, collecting Tamagotchi's + plushies, reading, and enjoy getting out in nature. It would be a dream come true to live with other audiophiles, cinephiles, nerds and/or musicians! My brother shares a lot of overlap with me in terms of interests, he owns a lot of cool music equipment and he spends a large percentage of his spare time learning new instruments and making music. He's also a big reader (always expanding his knowledge on life + the world), enjoys the occasional video game and is very big on eating healthy. Other than music equipment he's also a collector of CD's, books, videogames and other random cool electronics/trinkets. If you ever have difficulties with technology, he's your guy! I'm currently not working due to being chronically ill and have been sorting through some health issues, but I'm on a steady disability pension and will be returning to study next year (community services) with the hopes of also finding work. Trent has no plans on working in the near future, but he's looking into studying sound engineering in the future; as well as getting him access to NDIS support. In the meantime I help him in areas he struggles with. He's also on a full disability pension. I don't smoke, I don't drink often and am not a party person; you'll often find me staying in with my pets or at most going to a gig, the cinema or catching up with mates over a casual beer. Trent isn't a party person either, he's very much on the introverted side and enjoys his peace + quiet in his safe space with his doggo. I'm a very kind and open-minded person, I'm big on communication and believe it's possible to work through any difficulties via talking things out. It's important to me that people always feel comfortable and know they can approach me with any issues they have; I personally feel it's important to face + learn from mistakes and to constantly grow as people ☺️ Trent is very similar, though he's quite shy due to his autism, he's a very sweet and approachable person. I love cooking for people I live with, as I often struggle to cook for just myself and I'm naturally a very giving/generous person 😊 sharing with others brings me joy. My personality type is INFP-T for anyone interested! We would preferably like to live with a male, as I've had poor experiences with females and I also get along with guys better; but we're not opposed to living with a femme person given that we click 😊 it would be amazing if we don't find a break lease, to find someone or multiple other creative + ND individuals to make a home with 😊 Hopefully we sound like a good match for you and I hope to hear from you soon! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions ✨ Brooke 🌞

Tara
$280/week•28 year old non-binary
Hey! My current house is going to be off the market by the end of this year, so I'm browsing for options and flexible on move in date(anytime from now to the end of the year). I have a sweet lil old lady cat called Piper, so house would need to be pet friendly. I'm looking to go back to studying(Psych) next year. I'm creative and love to craft. I love some alone time, but enjoy a drink and a chat with some good music too. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, and I'm looking for the same on my housemates. I pride myself on the communication skills I've learned in therapy and through years of living in share houses. Collaboration and compromise with my housemates to ensure everyones needs are considered is very important to me. I'm neurodivergent and queer, so ideally my housemates would be too, or allies. If you think I'd be a good fit for your house, feel free to send me a msg! I'd love to get to know you.
