Hi friends, I'm looking for an unfurnished granny flat, studio, or one other person to team up for a place of our own. I've got furniture and most appliances id like to take with me, but happy to negotiate.

I enjoy going on day trips, hikes and just heading outside for walks and trying new food places. At home you'll often find me chilling with a movie or cooking with some music. I like having friends over for dinner and wine from time to time (and would love to have my house mate join) but generally live in a calm home with no parties.

I'm equally happy to live with someone who wants their own space or a friend to hang with. Ultimately though, I'm just after someone respectful to cohabitate with who also values cleanliness and willing to share cleaning responsibilities.
