Hi there,
I’m Maddy (she/her), I'm looking for a long term home.

Descriptors:
30 yrs, she/her, queer/lesbian, vegetarian, reliable, clean, sharehouse-veteran, tidy, respectful, avid communicator, friendly, scrappy cook, and sadly - a light sleeper.

Employment: Full-time 9-5, M-F.
WFH 3 days per week.

Looking for:
I am in search of a calm, clean, mature and friendly home environment for long term living. I have a couple of health challenges that make 5-day office life reall diffifcult, so I'm looking for a space large enough to accommodate a little home office set up (or preferably a communal home office. My office is open-plan so I am happy to have others around me).
Would love some natural light, access to greenery and okay heating. Looking for a home where I can feel relaxed, have friends visit occasionally and enjoy interactions with all in the house. I have a car and pretty much all my belongings fit in it. Happy to play taxi for any non driving humans.

Would love to be part of a Queer forward home, who try to be environmentally conscious.

Disclaimer:
I am cursed with being a light sleeper (dont mind early mornings though). Examples of noise problems would be e.g. train crossings, tram stops, heavy footed upstairs neighbours, loud plumbing/ pipes etc).

Some stuff I like doing: being in or near the ocean (slowing learning how to surf), camping, hiking, handbalancing, a night on the dancefloor, "collecting" flowers from the street.
