Full-time 9-5, M-F.

Looking for:
I am in search of a calm, clean, mature and friendly home environment for long term living. I work full-time and whilst my office is in the city, I like to work from home 3 days a week, therefore I'm looking for a space large enough to accommodate a little home office set up (bonus for communal home office).
Would love some natural light, and okay heating. Looking for a home where I can feel relaxed, have friends visit occasionally and enjoy interactions with all in the house. I have a car and pretty much all my belongings fit in it.

Disclaimer:
I have a med condition which curses me with being a light sleeper (dont mind early mornings though). Examples of noise problems would be e.g. partying neighbours, train crossings, heavy footed upstairs neighbours, loud plumbing/ pipes etc).
