Hi! Myself, and my beautiful whippet, Cora, are looking for a new place to call home!

I work part-time as a research assistant at UC (environmental related projects) and part-time running a small swimming teaching business.

I'm a clean, tidy, and respectful person with plenty of experience living in share houses. I enjoy a chat over a weekend morning coffee, sharing an occasional dinner with housemates and friends, and am up for share house Netflix watching/boardgames nights/generally hanging out from time to time.

In my spare time I enjoy reading (fantasy mostly), a sneaky Netflix binge, going to the gym, and hanging out with Cora. This year I'd like to get into crocheting!

Cora is a 6-year-old whippet who gets on very well with easy-going dogs. She is a gentle, quiet, low shedding girly who is learning to use buttons to speak. She has the sweetest nature and spends most of her day napping. While I'm at work she is happy relaxing on the couch, my bed, or outside if there's a nice undercover area like a patio or verandah. She gets walked daily so a small garden or a courtyard with some grass or plants will be suitable.

We're looking for an unfurnished room under $300 p/w, preferably northside, and ideally with undercover parking, and a small (or large!) yard.

I've also got a bunch of camping gear, so space in a garage or extra-large wardrobe would be greatly appreciated. :)

If you think Cora and I would be a good fit for your place, I'm looking forward to hearing from you! We aren't in a rush to move and are looking for a place we feel could be our home beyond a 1-year lease.
