Hello fellow house hunters. The two of us are looking to move to another vacant rental property and we would like to rent out a 4-bedroom house. We need 2 more people to fulfil the requirement and be ready to apply for leases as a group. We are definitely open to couples as well especially if any house has a bedroom with an attached ensuite.

In terms of location, we are looking in any suburb within 8km of The Glen shopping centre.

The house will ideally have garden space, a shed, 2 bathrooms, a decent kitchen, and be mould and pest free.

David works as a full-time employee for Whitehorse Council in Nunawading, he often has late ending shifts but is a quiet housemate.

Demi is on Centrelink payments but has good budgeting and always pays on time for rent and bills. She is quite organised and enjoys talking with other housemates.

Neither of us drink alcohol, smoke or take drugs. We cooperate well together and we would expect the same from any new housemates.

We are looking to move over the contains of an almost fully furnished house with the exception of some bedroom furnishings. This will include 2 fridges, a washing machine, full kitchen equipment, 3-piece lounge suite, coffee table, outdoor table, some cupboards and some bed frames.

We are looking to move into a new residence by mid-September at the latest but ideally much earlier.

In terms of pricing, we are looking for a 4-bedroom house that is no more than $750 per week (or $3300 per month).
