Hey. I'm Sean.

I'm a bid-cordinator for a construction company working full-time (hybrid WFH/Office).

Preferably looking for a larger bedroom. A garage space to store some stuff or access to a studio space would be great (but not imperative).

I consider myself pretty spatially aware. I think it's important that a home be a refuge. I can be a bit of a recluse at times when working, but also love a good yarn or sharing a meal or a glass of wine (or two...or a bottle) with housemates.

I keep active. Into cycling, swimming, the odd HIIT & movement class, pulling things apart, architecture, travel, reading, cooking, painting, 3d design and fabrication, object design, camping.

I'm well house trained and love pets (but don't have any myself).
