Hey I’m Hayley :]
I am a 25 year old female studying youth work full time online through tafe and currently working 35-40 hours a week at a retail job on top of study.

I'm very clean and organised, I like to keep to myself however I do enjoy a good yarn over a nice meal (i love to cook!)

I don’t drink and don’t want to live in a party house however I have no issue if you wanted to have a couple at home or have some mates around to do so on occasion

I’m looking to team up or take a room in a share house that still allows me to have my own space, my budget is $350 pw not including utilities

I have a 12 year old small tuxedo cat named Mimi, despite being teeny tiny she has a huge personality and lots of quirks. Mimi is outside during the day when the weather permits (i won’t let her get her boots dirty in the rain despite her attempts to go outside) I bring her inside come night time where she enjoys a good cuddle. I rescued her and she has a past of abuse and can be very stand offish to start especially towards males but once she’s gotten to know you she’s a sweet darlin who enjoys company over physical touch

I am looking to move mid jan when my lease is up, I have great rental history and good income, I am reliable, respectful and I come with the cutest cat in the world
