Full time worker, have flat shared for a number of years. Clean, quiet and respectful and looking for the same traits in potential housemates. Looking for places in the inner-west with easy access to public transport. I would like to live with people of a similar age to me. Personal space is important to me but I'm definitely looking to make new friendships. I take singing lessons online so I'd also appreciate living with people who don't mind hearing music sometimes during the day.
