A bit about me, and why you’ll actually enjoy having me as a housemate: 

- 28 year old man, that is into all things sports, fitness and food, so I know quite a few hidden gems around the city

- Nearly a decade of shared living experience (so I know the golden rules: respect is essential, clean up your mess, and always replace the toilet roll 

- Pay rent and bills on time 

- Clean, tidy, and respectful of everyone’s space and privacy

- Great communicator and easy to get along with - I love a good chat, but I totally understand if you’d rather keep to yourself
