Professional looking for a quiet, clean, tidy and well organised household. I am well traveled and get along well with a majority of human population :)
Looking for a place that doesn't mind some occasional social gatherings, while also respecting my daily routine and personal space due to the demanding nature of my work. Although chats over fine wine and cheese platter are always welcome :)
I am a house owner in another state and relocated to Canberra for work. I shared houses and rented the properties in the past, so I know the drill :p
I would prefer the place to be max. 15-20min drive from the Forrest area; having heating and cooling system in the bedroom; and sharing the bath with just one more person.
I will likely head down to Melbourne every three to four weekends.
