Hey, I'm Caylum!
I'm 27, from the Gold Coast. I've been living on my own in Broadbeach this past year however my lease is ending soon so looking for a new place to call home.

I work full time in remote high ticket sales and spend the rest of my time at the beach and gym.
I'm also starting a remote real estate business I'll be working on in the early mornings.

I'm very easygoing and would like to get along well with who I'm living with, down to socialise occasionally but also happy doing my own thing as I'm pretty busy with work/training/business most of the time.

I am always respectful and tidy and don't drink / party / have people over etc.

My lease ends 3 March however I could move before then if needed.
