Eleonora and Francesco

Hi! We are looking for a short term rental. Our current place is on the market and we need a place to stay until around mid-end of April, as we’ll be heading to Europe for a few months for family health issues.

🏠 1 or 2br house/townhouse/unit/apartment, bonus if it has an additional small room for a home office. Studios considered due to the short term nature of stay.

A huge bonus would be a place where we could return to around September 2026 (long term preferred).

Please note we are not looking for a share house, only private and autonomous accommodation please!

🗺️ Preferred areas: Lennox/East Ballina/Ballina/skennars/suffolk/byron and close surroundings. Other locations are also considered as long as not too far away from this area.

🕰️ short term until around mid-end of April (we do not have a flight ticket yet). Option to return around September 26 huge bonus - if you have such option available please reach out and let’s talk!

🏡 fully furnished or at least essential furniture. fully functional kitchen definitely preferred, but can consider kitchenette.
Outdoor private area a huge bonus :)
free parking required (2spots), street parking is ok

‼️Please note that reliable and fast internet is absolutely essential as Eleonora will be working from home using video conferencing. Phone coverage also essential.

👥 A little bit about ourselves:
Eleonora (35) is a psychologist and works from home (telehealth). She enjoys music, nature, gardening, going to live gigs, traveling, reading, opshopping. Francesco (43) is a tradie and musician. He is passionate about music, live shows, food and cooking, traveling, opshopping. He’s a drummer and played in bands in Italy, Uk and Costa Rica.
We are Italian-Australian citizens. we have been permanently residing in Australia since 2019. We have been calling the northern rivers home for the last 2.5 years and are planning on staying indefinitely. We are both down to earth, tidy, reliable. We can provide references if needed.
