Eleonora and Francesco

Hi, we are an Italian-Australian couple aged 36/44 and we’ll soon be moving back to Melbourne after spending the last 3 years in the northern rivers NSW.

We are looking a short term accommodation whilst we search for a permanent home.

🏠 1 or 2 br apartment/ granny flat. no studios or lofts sorry. No share house unless excellent privacy arrangements are in place.

🗺️ Preferred areas: inner north/east/South east. Preferred suburbs are Northcote-Thornbury-Brunswick-Richmond-Fitzroy-collingwood-north Melbourne. Good public transport connections at walking distance

🕰️ from November 9ish onwards (slightly flexible move in date) for minimum 1 month. week by week or month by month arrangements preferred due to circumstances

🏡 fully furnished or at least essential furniture. fully functional kitchen definitely preferred, but can consider kitchenette.
Outdoor private area a huge bonus :)
free parking required (1 spot), street parking is ok

‼️reliable and fast internet is essential as Eleonora will be working from home using video conferencing.

👥 A little bit about ourselves:
Eleonora (36) is a psychologist and works from home (telehealth). She enjoys music, nature, gardening, going to live gigs, traveling, reading, opshopping. Francesco (44) is a tradie and musician. He is passionate about music, live shows, food and cooking, traveling, opshopping. He’s a drummer and played in bands in Italy, Uk and Costa Rica.

We are both down to earth, tidy, reliable. We can provide references if needed.
