Hey, I’m Devin 👋 — 30, originally from a Sri Lankan background 🇱🇰, and moving to Brisbane for work. I’m an engineer working regular hours (9 to 5) and studying law part-time 📚. I’m pretty easy-going, tidy and organised, and like to keep my space clean and relaxed 🧼.

Outside of work and study, I’m usually outdoors — hiking, rock climbing, or playing badminton 🏔️🏸. I’m social but also appreciate some quiet downtime to recharge.

What I’m Looking For
I’m after a private unfurnished room (will bring my own bed 🛏️) in a clean, well-maintained place close to the city 🌆 — ideally with a car space 🚗 and a spot for my washing machine 🧺.
My budget is up to $400/week, and I’m looking to move in at the end of November 📅.

I plan to stay for at least six months, with the option to extend if it’s a good fit 👍. My girlfriend works in Mount Isa and will visit occasionally (every few months), so I’d need a place that’s cool with that 💑.

Flatmate Preferences
I’d love to live with a working professional around my age — someone respectful of space and downtime, but who’s also active and easy-going 🤝.
