Phoebe and Jacob

I am 31 years old and I work as a piano teacher on the south side. I'm also studying music at QUT. When music is slow I work as a dental assistant. I'm in two bands, so if you love live music I can get you free tickets.

I love to sing and play piano, paint paintings, sew clothes, do random craft projects, go for walks, have a friendly chat, spontaneous outings, watch TV and go to the cinema, and pet other people's pets (all the adorable, none of the poo). I can never remember jokes, but I can always remember fun facts. My friends say I'm patient, resourceful, impulsive, hilarious, and a trusted adult.

I'm hoping for a housemate(s) who can also just be good mates, casual friends who can communicate well so little issues don't become a big deal. Housemate drama is so 2014. Please be aware that I want to be able to make music from home sometimes and/or practise. I try to do this at a respectful hour.

I'm very approachable and friendly but I also keep to myself at times. I have been living with my partner Jacob in Redland Bay since June, but it's too far from the city and I'm sick of driving. If you are open to living with a couple, he might move with me, but it's more than likely that he won't. He might be over sometimes though. He's respectful, friendly, tidy and a much better cook than I am.

I like pets but I would prefer not to live with smokers. I've cut back on drinking since the cost of petrol went through the roof, it always makes me catch a cold anyway, but I still drink maybe one weekend a month.
