Hi!

I'm Emma, work full-time for BCC in Health Admin. I currently live in the family home on the GC and commute to work, but would like to have a base closer to work.

I'm looking for a non-furnished bedroom, either single bedroom or master with private bathroom.

I'm seeking a mature, clean, friendly flatmate! Ideally want to live within 15 minute walk of a train station in my selected north side suburbs.

Social life: i live a healthy lifestyle, I go to gym twice a week & pilates once, i love hiking, camping and beach. I'm not home often, but I like my space to be clean & relaxing. I spend most weekends on the GC! Sometimes I will House or Pet sit.

I'm happy to be social, have a beverage or chats with my housemate (would also love a walking buddy!), but also respect your privacy and alone time as this is very important to me also.

I don't smoke, have pets or kids! I won't live with children, and ideally not with pets either.
