Hi!

I'm Emma, work full-time for the government in Health Admin. I currently live in the family home on the GC and commute to work, but would like to have a base closer to work.

I'm looking for a non-furnished bedroom, either single bedroom with private bathroom, or master with ensuite. Also searching for a garage or carport parking.

I'm seeking a mature, clean, friendly flatmate! I want to live within 15 minute walk of a train station in my selected north side suburbs.

Social life: I live a healthy lifestyle, I go to gym twice a week & pilates once, i love hiking, camping and beach. I'm not home often, but I like my space to be clean & relaxing. I spend most weekends on the GC! Sometimes I will House or Pet sit.

I'm happy to be social, have a beverage or chats with my housemate (would also love a walking buddy!), but also respect your privacy and alone time as this is very important to me also.

I don't smoke, have pets or kids! I won't live with children or smokers, and ideally not with pets either (open to dogs only!)

TLDR: non negotiables are own bathroom, max 15 minute walk to train or bus and less than 20 minute commute to the CBD. I'm overseas until mid-May too! Price negotiable based on inclusions and distance to CBD.
