I'm looking to rent a clean, unfurnished ground-floor room with my own private bathroom.

I'm a mature, easy-going, respectful, neat and tidy person, non-smoker, who respects other people's property and privacy as I would my own.
My rent is always paid on time, can be verified and have been happily renting my current room for two years. Unfortunately, the owner has recently sold the property, so I'm now looking for a new place to call home, previously approx five years also sold, references available.

I'm a private, quiet person who works part time in voluntary combined with my other work, in my spare time i would be read ing in my room or on my tablet or out on the water enjoying my favourite pastime—fishing and spending time in the fresh air.
