I'm looking to rent a clean, unfurnished ground-floor room with my own private bathroom.

I'm a mature, easy-going, respectful, and tidy person who takes pride in keeping my living space clean. I'm a non-smoker and always respect other people's property and privacy as I would my own.

I always pay my rent on time and have been happily renting my current room for over four years. Unfortunately, the owner has recently sold the property, so I'm now looking for a new place to call home.

I'm a quiet and private person. When I'm not relaxing in my room reading or using my tablet, you'll usually find me out on the water enjoying my favourite pastime—fishing and spending time in the fresh air.

I'm semi-retired, work part-time, and also enjoy volunteering in my spare time.
