Very social person, outgoing and extroverted guy working in corporate sales and currently living in Randwick and Coogee for the past 5 years.

I'm a pretty active type of guy either running, hiking or getting out with friends on the weekends. I work full time in corporate ... so I'm pretty busy!

I've been flatmates with my last two places and had positive experiences. My current housmate is having their partner move in, hence the reason for moving.

I'm looking for flatmates that can have similar in attitude, work and lifestyle so we can all get along and make the place feel like home right! I have always been very clean and organised with my living arrangements, but not over the top. I would be flexible to sharing the cleaning or have paid cleaning either is fine.

Socially I'm looking for people of similar age and an active crowd, given I do like to entertain with the occasional dinner night! Open to flatmates who either want a hangout vibe, or their own space.

Key Info:

- I'm 30/70 between a homebody, social butterfly
- Keen on places close to light rail, train or bus services
- Chilled vibe, easy going and just want something the same
- Good cook, but kitchen will always smell nice :) , I would expect the same
- No time wasters, ain't nobody got time for that
