Hey, I’m Amber, a 27 year old working in government around South Brisbane. Despite working a serious job I’m a fun and easy going person. I enjoy a good laugh, game nights and beach days.

I live a very active lifestyle, you’ll always find me out at the gym or on walks and love to go camping where I can!

My current housemates and I are looking for another one or two people to join us to rent a house in Bulimba/Hawthorne/Morningside/Cannon Hill area and surrounds. Our current lease ends on 2 April, we have started inspecting a few houses and will start applying soon. We are looking at places where the room price will likely range between 300-350 and 400-450 for the master.

I have all the furniture to furnish a whole house, minus your bedroom of course. I’m open to living with couples, however Ideally I’d like to form good friendships with the people I am living with, that are around my age and have similar interests and values.

Cleanliness is a crucial factor for me, I take pride in maintaining a tidy living space and would prefer to live with individuals who are the same and will pull their weight where expected. I’m not an absolute clean freak, but if you are a messy person I’m not for you.

MY IDEAL OUTCOME: I have a strong preference for finding a house rather than an apartment. (Difficult to find in Bris I know) but a house often provides more space, privacy, and opportunities for outdoor activities like bbqs, etc. Also huge bonus points if there’s a pool. I don’t mind having to maintain a garden as I also have all the tools. Ideally would like the main bedroom with ensuite but also open to discussing this.
