Hello,
We are Matt (30, Registered Nurse) and Hiro (24, Hotel Management), two friends from England and Japan seeking two bedrooms in a drama-free, clean, and friendly home.
A little about us:
We have been traveling and living on the Gold Coast for the past two years and plan to move up to Brisbane long-term once we find a suitable place to live.
Our interests include music (we plan to attend a few gigs and events in Brisbane), restaurants, the gym, playing football (soccer), hiking, business, introspection, and personal development. We are always up for exploring new places, meeting new people, and enjoying life.
We are clean and tidy and expect the same from our future housemates. Mutual respect is assumed. We are not interested in dramas, negativity, or arguments. We are looking for a friendly, laid-back, comfortable place to relax in when we are not at work or out and about. We are happy to socialise but also enjoy our personal space.
We both work and have savings, so rent will never be an issue and will always be paid on time. We will clean up after ourselves, take the bins out, respect everyone’s spaces and belongings, and treat your house with the same respect we would treat our own.
It would be great to find a place where people share things and responsibilities, like cooking for each other sometimes and communally buying things like toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products to make life easier.
We enjoy the occasional drink but aren’t massive drinkers. Healthy living and fitness are important to us.
We are not looking for a party house but don’t want to worry about having a friend over occasionally and don’t mind if you have friends over from time to time. We are generally social and friendly people but mainly socialise outside the house to keep the peaceful vibes.
We require a parking space near the property and air con is preferred for those warmer months. Furnished room required.
Our ideal housemates would be clean, hygienic, sane, drug-free, laid-back working professionals or students.
We plan to come and view houses sometime, but a FaceTime call would be convenient also.
