I’m a gay 19 year old parks and gardens apprentice at groundswell gardens and looking for either an existing sharehouse or people to team up with and find a place! I’m moving to work right next to Holmesglen station from down the coast in Torquay. I’m super keen to meet new people up in Melbourne and find some awesome housemates to move into a share-house with in the eastern suburbs :)

I am a fairly clean person, am outside a lot and do love a social event and seeing close friends, however even though I’m still only 19 I’m a little past the party stage and ready to work more and save money in the next few years. I do have my own vehicle that I drive, however I would prefer to use public transport to save money so I am happy if I can’t park super close if that comes into it.

About me: I am a surfer at heart, having learnt from a young age. It’s a bit sad that I’ll be starting work so far from the waves but I’m still so excited to be working outdoors in a job I love! I’m also into skateboarding, the occasional festival and a lot of outdoor things that would keep me out of the house a lot.

I do have a special someone in my life I’m seeing a lot and would love to have a household that’s okay with him coming over for the occasional one nighter, however we don’t see each other often and don’t plan on living together.

My budget is around $250 a week, ideally less but obvs won’t be paying more than what it’s worth. Ideally looking for somewhere long term but I’m flexible to less. I do want to be on the lease or tenancy agreement though.
