Hi everyone!

I'm searching for one or two fellow late 20s - early 30s persons to team up with (or move into a preexisting house with!) ideally end of March or anytime in June.

What I'm searching for:
I'm looking at 2-3 bedroom rentals in the east (Hawthorn, Camberwell, Richmond), North East (Fairfield, Alphington, Abbotsford, Northcote), or North (Coburg, north end of Brunswick, Preston, etc).

My budget is between $250-$330. I've already found a few potential rentals to inspect, but I'm def keen if you have one already or have one you've got your eye on!

I'm keen on somewhere with a modern-ish kitchen and bathroom, and regretfully shy away from old terraces for health reasons.
My absolute dream home would be a mid-century era build with a balcony or garden, and a decent stove and shower lol. I love interior design and a little bit of decor, and have a few bits and pieces I can add to the house already (Eg. Dryer, a couple small bookshelves, a handful of houseplants, etc).
I don't have a car currently, but will likely have one in 3-4 months, so a car space or on-street parking is also a priority.

About me:
I'm a 28 year old Melbourne native working 5 days FT in news media advertising, with Wed and Fri WFH. I've rented in sharehouses for 5 years, with 3 at the same long-term rental I loved in Alphington.

I keep pretty busy outside of work; I'm studying health sciences in my free time, and also love pilates, collage/scrapbooking, a 3-hour youtube video essay, visiting family, or going for a vino and boogie with friends.

I also volunteer as a rabbit foster parent, but I love all animals and am an experienced dog and cat sitter- So your furry friend is very welcome, as long as you both won't mind a bunny hopping around occasionally! I'm also both experienced with living alongside, and being close friends with, neurodiverse and/or LGBT+ individuals (As both myself).

If you're also keen to collab on a home that's a safe, calm, relatively clean/tidy, and welcoming space then I'd love to team up/chat about a space you might already have going 😊
