Hellooo!

My names Loren (right fairy on my profile pic) I'm a bubbly personality from New Zealand. I work in the finance industry in CBD. You could say I’m an extroverted introvert, polite, compassionate and a good personal counsellor ;)
***please note- I’m not in a rush to find a house right now, just looking for the right flatmate/s for when my current lease ends which is in Jan 2027***

My daily routine on weekdays is pretty much work, gym and sleep. On weekends I’ll either be at home chilling or spending time with friends!!
I’m always down for a good time but will always respect your space as I love mine too.

My hobbies include:

- Dancing, I was a dance teacher in NZ
- Exercising, I love Pilates and weight lifting!!
- Doing nails, I do nails and can do yours too 😜
- Raving, I loooove raving (once every 3 months)
- Doing nothing but relaxing at home and fighting the Sunday scaries.

Looking for like minded individuals who are respectful and considerate. I’m looking for a place preferably in Melbourne CBD or close to CBD with ideally public transport nearby. I’m open to the suburbs but must be near a train station please! My budget is roughly $400-450pw (flexible for the right arrangement)
