Hi! I’m seeking a reasonably sized room in a clean, respectful home. Ideally something reasonably long term while I work towards owning my own home.

I work full-time in Government on a decent stable income and am quite career driven. Outside of work, I unwind with the gym or swimming, chilling with a good book, or quietly gaming. Also like to cook, and am always stoked to share with people who enjoy food.

I am exceptionally clean and tidy, honest, respectful, easy-going, and am seeking someone with a similar outlook. I enjoy being sociable at home, but will also take time out in the evenings/weekends to rest and reset. Only occasionally go out and don't generally consider myself a huge 'partyer', but also keen to make new friends and broaden my social circle.

I've been living with my best mates at their property for the past few years, which is amazing, but now feel it's time to give them their space as they're settling down and looking to start a family.
