Hi!
My name is Ruby & I am looking for a long-term home closer to the city & uni that is girls only for myself & my indoor cat, Amity-Belle.

A bit about me - I am studying to become a mental health counsellor & work part time around the sunshine coast, where I also currently live. I love live music, reading, true crime & occassionally scrap booking! I can be quiet at first, but love a DNM once I get to know someone:).
I've lived in share houses for 4+ years so value my home being relaxed & having good communication with my roomates, as well as fairness in regard to keeping the house tidy - want the house to feel lived in but not messy! I really hope to meet like-minded girls who want to create a home that is cozy & fun ☺️ - games/dinner nights??

About Amity - Amity is a typical girl, cuddly (on her own terms) but very adventures, talkative & sassy. She is often either asleep or chasing bugs & is litter trained. She has lived with other cats (loved it) as well as dogs, birds & reptiles but is best suited to a home with no dogs or dogs that wont bark at/chase her. I do have an approx 2×3 outdoor catio that i would love to use at my new home if possible, and any other cats in the home are also welcome to use it☺️. It is very important to me that my roomates like & respect cats, as Amity has been msitreated in the past & I do have boundaries with how others treat her.

Important to note - I unfortunetly do not have much furniture aside from bedroom furniture but am happy to buy a (for example) washing machine if needed. I do plan on keeping my current job on the sunny coast for as long as possible so I may be away for work for one-three nights a week. It is also important to me that my girlfriend is able to visit/stay at my house through out the week - she is lovely & used to help with inspection cleans at my old place so chances are, you'll like her☺️.

Not a smoker but fine to live with roomates who are.
