Hi! My name is Agam, and I am a 21-year-old student from India. I am looking for long-term accommodation near Hobart CBD starting from December 22, 2025. I am open to places that are no more than 25-30 minutes away from Hobart CBD by public transport, but I would prefer accommodation in the city or as close to it as possible.

I am moving from Melbourne, where I have lived for almost three years. I will be completing the remainder of my Bachelor’s degree online from Hobart while starting a vocational training program in Hobart in January. I would like to sign a minimum six-month lease, and I am open to living in the accommodation for up to two years, which will cover the duration of my course in Hobart. I don’t smoke, I am primarily a non-vegetarian, and I don’t have any pets. I consider myself extremely friendly, clean, and organised.

My hobbies include hitting the gym, swimming, going to the beach, playing badminton, improving my golf skills, and I would love to pick up tennis (I have only played a little). I also enjoy hiking and camping whenever I can, and I like to go for runs sometimes.
I am looking for a private room, preferably with an ensuite or private bathroom. I wouldn’t mind sharing a bathroom, as long as it is only with one other person, but having a private room is a must for me.

Additionally, I am seeking affordable moving options from Melbourne to Hobart, as I have about nine medium-sized boxes (15-30 kg range) to transport. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for budget-friendly moving options.
