Hey, I'm Dylan (29), originally from NZ, and have been in Melbourne for a couple of years. I’m looking for a room in a sharehouse (or 2-bedroom) south of the CBD or near the eastern suburbs.

About me:
-Work full-time as a manager for a high-end garden maintenance company (Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30pm, mainly around the eastern suburbs)
-Easygoing, respectful and tidy housemate, I like to keep things relaxed and positive
-Enjoy nature and camping, gardening, cooking, music, and the occasional gig.

What I’m after:
-A friendly, chill sharehouse or 2 bedroom (not a party house, but happy to share the occasional meal, drink, or movie)
-Flexible on location, just hoping for somewhere reasonably close to work in the eastern suburbs or south of the city
-I’m social but also value downtime, and I get along well with people from all walks of life.
-I have a work vehicle, so parking or a permit is pretty essential.
