Hey I'm Rich. I'm 30 and work for the state government as an analyst. I work hard but am pretty laid back and like to chill on the weekends reading, watching movies or hanging out over a meal/drinks. I also like getting out exploring such as hikes, the beach and weekends away.
I'm pretty relaxed with the home environment and who I live with but it would probably be easiest to live with others who are of a similar age and work/study. I like to keep things clean and tidy and share chores and house duties. I think clear and honest communication is key as well as mutual respect. I like to have my own space but also like to socialise.
Ideally I'm looking for a sharehouse on the lower north shore but am also looking at areas north of Chatswood and North Ryde/Macquarie. I also work from home 1-2 days so would like to have a desk in the room or bring my own furniture (a mid-sized desk and queen bed).
I'd prefer a flexible lease with a maximum fixed term of 3 months.
