Hello everyone,
Xander here! I am a 26 year old Biology PhD student originally from the Netherlands. I have a passion for zoology and all things nature related. I am immigrating to Australia to work on my PhD for the coming three to four years at the Australian National University (Fenner School of Environment and Society). I already visited Canberra and ANU before for a period of six months, so I know what to expect from life down-under. Some more details about me: I would describe myself as a calm, tidy and friendly person, a little bit introverted, but still appreciating a good old laugh with friends. I like to spend my free time gaming, drawing and reading. I am still looking for a place to reside in for my length of stay. I am especially looking for a (semi)-furnished room. I will arrive in Australia around the end of January or early February, but I am still fexible regarding an exact moving date. Furthermore, an LGBTQ+ friendly environment would be very much appreciated. If you are still interested in me as a potential housemate after reading this be sure to let me know! I am looking forward to making new friends and acquaintances during the next chapter of my life. Thank you for reading!
Kind regards,
Xander :)
