Hi everyone.

I'm Sam. I'm a single 30 year old single Australian guy who loves art, philosophy, fitness, writing, reading, film, poetry, hstory, and music. I'm also a runner and a gym buff. I walk and run often and work out four to five days a week. I also currently work from home as a Language Data Annotator for TransPerfect. I'm also a writer, a thinker and an artist.

I enjoy the clean, warm and open tranquility of a homestay. I also appreciate an honest, real and down-to-earth living mood or atmosphere. As a largely introverted, quiet and sensitive individual, I value my introspective and deep thinking alone time. Having said this, I also enjoy deep conversations and genuine interactions with people. I'm easy to get along with.

You'll often find me brooding, writing, reflecting or engrossed in a book, notebook, magazine or documentary. I'm not married, I don't own property and I don't have kids. If you're looking for an easygoing young man who loves art, writing, music and values a peaceful environment, we might be ideal for each other. I'm also clean and respect others' space.

I don't smoke, I don't vape, I drink alcohol socially and I rarely go out to bars, restaurants, cafes, events, etc. In all honesty, I want to find a private, quiet, peaceful and comfortable space for myself, even if it were temporary. I need a place I can move to immediately, as I need to move by November 30. My current budget is somewhere between $200 to $250 a week.

Weekly rent: $150-$250 a week.

Monthly rent: $700-930 a month.

$500-$800 bond.

All bills included. Flexible though.
