I’m looking for a place and a housemate to move in with. I work in the CBD, so I’m hoping to find something either in the city or the inner suburbs with under a 30 mins commute.

I don’t smoke and don’t have pets (but I’m totally fine if you do have pets). In my free time, I usually play games(I have a PS5), study, or watch something online. I cook almost every day, go out occasionally, and I’m generally a quiet, easygoing person. Cleanliness is non negotiable!!
