Hey there, I'm Brady! Nice to meet you!

I'm 28 years old and I’m finding myself in the need to move and find a new potential housemate to apply for places together, hopefully, that's you! Primarily interested in team-ups as I have apartments worth of stuff! And I’d rather not sell it all 😅

I’m an easygoing and down-to-earth guy who’s also a bit of a nerd, but like, a cool one. I value a clean home and always make an effort to make sure everything stays clean.

I work Monday to Friday roughly 8 am until 4 pm in graphic design for the government (not as fun as it sounds) and after work, I like to come home and chill out for a bit, gym, and then make dinner! I’m a gamer also so a lot of the time, I keep to myself but I’m of course open to a bottle of wine, beer, or tea in the evenings and a chat.

I’m respectful of space and boundaries and can understand everyone’s need for time to themselves.

My weekends are normally pretty chilled, If I’m not out with friends, or seeing family, then I’m probably at the gym or being a couch potato at home. I'd love to live with someone i could be friends with, share a meal/cook with or have a board game night with!

I'm looking for someone similar to myself, who values a clean home, and who is respectful and considerate of each other's space but is also down to hang out and do stuff together.

As I mentioned before, I have a fully furnished home at the moment so you wouldn’t need to bring anything to the new place except what you want for your room!
