Hi!

I am a a 34yo female full-time working professional in the Richmond area. I am looking for a room in a sharehouse or a single occupancy flat. I have clean credit, good references, and am happy to provide proof of my employment and income. I am able to pay bond upfront and pay rent early. I am a clean tenant with no pets. I work hybrid so would be WFH some days of the week.

I prefer to share a house with like-minded people who I get along with. While it is a must to respect each other's privacy and personal space, I would ideally like to be friendly and share some time, outings, or meals together sometimes. I enjoy music, festivals, gigs, sailing, beach (I want to learn to surf!), camping, and film. I have no pets but I love pets, so happy to live with furry friends!
