Hey there, Flatmates!

My name’s Kane. I’m 20 years old and currently working part-time in accounting while also doing some freelance film and media work on the side. Between work and creative projects, my weeks are usually pretty full, but I always appreciate coming home to a relaxed and friendly space where everyone can unwind.

I’m a tidy, respectful housemate who genuinely believes in the revolutionary concept of cleaning up after myself and not leaving mystery dishes in the sink. I like to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable, and I’m always mindful of the people I live with. I’m pretty easygoing and tend to get along with most people. I enjoy living in a social house where everyone’s friendly and happy to have a chat, while still respecting each other’s space and routines.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing video games, reading comic books, or watching movies (always keen for the occasional house movie night if that’s the vibe). I’m also really passionate about film and media, so I spend a bit of my spare time working on creative projects or learning new things in that space.

I’m currently looking for a place around $250–$300 per week and would be able to move in ASAP. More than anything, I’m hoping to find a home with good people, a positive atmosphere, and a comfortable, easygoing living environment.
