Hey, I'm Charlie - 26 year old Aussie.

My sharehouse's lease over in Balmain is ending soon after 2 years there, so am looking for a new sharehouse to slot into long term around the middle-end of September.

Hoping to find a terrace/townhouse with plenty of natural light in a quiet street. On-street parking and shops/going out not too far away

About me:

I work full-time 9-5 in the city as a data scientist (wfh a couple of days) and am very active, outdoorsy and social. Love a good mix of everything really.

Keen to live with 2-3 others of a similar age and vibe where we can both hang out and have our quiet time as well. Easygoing, tidy and respectful.
