Hey, I'm Charlie - 26 year old Aussie.
I have been in a sharehouse with mates over the last 2 years in Balmain, and the lease there is ending on 26th September.
Looking to slot into a new home (long term lease) with chill vibes where we can both hang out and have our quiet time as well. Easygoing, tidy and respectful of each other.
