Hi!! My name is Claudia, I’m looking to team up to start a new share house, or join an existing one if the fit is right! Not interested in any properties managed externally.

I am looking for a house that is social and friendly, while respecting each others space and time. I want to keep common areas clean and tidy so it’s a nice place to come home to. I would love to hang out often and actually be friends with the people I live with!! Don’t mind people over and love bringing people together 🌙

I work full time as an accountant (yawn) but have many hobbies!!! My main ones at the moment are sewing, macro photography, the gym and hiking!! But very much subject to change! I love a visit to the pub for a game of pool, and movie/game nights! Very queer friendly, pet friendly, sw friendly, etc. 💕🍉

My current landlords are selling, so my ideal move out date is between the 22nd of August and the 6th of September. Budget is max $350 (potentially $370) but I would love to keep it under!!! Love the inter west, ideally around Newtown, Enmore, Marrickville, Chippendale, Glebe, etc!
