I’m a 27 year old woman relocating to Brisbane in January 2025. I’ll be working in a corporate full-time graduate role in Brisbane CBD.

I’m a great roommate because I prioritise cleanliness. I live an active and healthy lifestyle. I don’t drink, smoke, or party, opting instead for exercise and adventure activities, which keeps things active and fun. I love weightlifting, run clubs, hiking and the outdoors. I’m always up for trying something new! I enjoy reading and studying in my down time. I’m highly organised and always clean up after myself.

Whilst I enjoy my quiet time, I’m always open for a friendly chat. You can count on me to be honest and considerate, making for a positive living environment.

I’m seeking a spacious private bedroom with an ensuite or own bathroom, ideally fully furnished with a bed, bedside tables, a desk, chair, and a built-in wardrobe. A window that allows for natural light would be perfect. Fan and air conditioning is a must! I have a car, so on-site or street parking is essential. I’m looking for weekly rent of $300 although I can be flexible.

I plan to move during the week of Monday, January 13th, 2025.

West End is my top pick to be situated, although the other suburbs I've included I would be happy with.

I would not live further than a 20-30 minute commute via public transport into the CBD.
