I have recently relocated from Newcastle to Sydney to finish my final year of my Bachelor of Psychology (Hons). I have grown up along the east coast, and spent all of my life up until now in either Shoal Bay or Newcastle. I am 27 years old, and for the past 5 years I have owned my own photography business, where I have captured hundreds of families along the coast.

I love spaces with natural light, and lots of windows I can open. I love sitting on the balcony in the sun, I always have music playing(not loudly), and I love cleaning and having an organized space! I do not drink alcohol or party and my only guests are my little brother and the occasional friend.

I am looking for a new home for minimum of 12 months and will care for the space as if it was my own. I am open to different locations, and ideally the property would have fridge, washing machine and dryer.
