Hi there full-time worker early 40s :) I am looking for a large room/space to rent long term. Within 30 mins drive to cbd, with its own bathroom and wardrobe. I can possibly rent two rooms or granny flat/studio, and I am also open to sharing a lease. I have a couch, coffee table, tallboy dresser and a few other home items to bring with me so storage or larger living space would be great. I'm reliable, friendly and sociable, respectful and tidy. Looking for a clean, relaxed, stable, safe living environment. Interests are art, music and learning. I like to be creative, meet up with friends or just relax or get out for a walk on my down-time. I do respect and value space and privacy. I travel a bit to visit friends and family when I can. I have a car so would require off-street parking. References available.
