Hi there :) I am looking for a large room/space to rent on the South Side of Brisbane long term. Pref. a close drive to cbd, with its own bathroom and wardrobe. I can possibly rent two rooms or granny flat/studio and I am also open to sharing a lease. I have a couch,tv,table,shelf and a few other home items to bring with me so storage or larger living space would be great. I'm reliable, friendly and sociable, respectful, clean, fulltime shift worker. Looking for a clean relaxed stable safe living environment:) Interests are art, music, learning. I like to be creative, meet up with friends or just relax get out for a walk on my down time. I do respect and value space and privacy. I travel a bit to visit friends and family when I can. have a car so would like a parking area if possible. References available.
