Hi, I am looking for a place to rent with like minded people and a place close to public transport.

We are – a postgraduate student at Macquarie University, currently working part-time as a retail sales assistant.

We are friendly, easygoing, and respectful individual who value cleanliness, a peaceful environment, and positive vibes at home. We are responsible with shared duties and love meeting new people, but also respect everyone’s personal space.

🔹 What we’re looking for:
• A private room for two, preferably with an ensuite or own bathroom
• Close to Macquarie University / Macquarie Park, CBD, Castle Hill Metro Line.
• Walking distance to public transport (metro/train station preferred)
• Budget: Up to $600/week including bills

We would love to have our own space but we are also open to sharing a home with like-minded, tidy, and easygoing, mid 20s housemates.
