Hi, I’m Paul. I’m a calm, respectful, and reliable person looking for a relaxed, stable place to live. I work part-time from home and value a clean, peaceful environment where everyone has their own space and privacy.

I’m friendly and approachable, easy to live with, and considerate of noise and shared areas. I enjoy a social atmosphere and the occasional get-together, but day to day I’m fairly low-key and independent.

I also do some quiet, home-based voice work and creative projects.

I have one indoor-only cat who is fully litter-trained and very gentle by nature. I’d love to have her living with me if possible, but I’m flexible and can make other arrangements if needed. Happy to discuss any conditions around this.

Ideally I’m looking for a granny flat, studio, or similar self-contained setup, but open to the right arrangement. I’m initially looking for a minimum three-month stay, with the option to continue longer if it’s a good mutual fit.
