I'm a 25-year-old male from New Zealand who works full time.
My interests include hitting the gym, growing my career, and traveling. As a former RA, I value cleanliness and enjoy a social but chill atmosphere at home. I'm an early sleeper who appreciates a peaceful environment to recharge after a busy day. I'm a non-smoker and I don't have kids.
I moved to Sydney from NZ recently. I'm Looking primarily for a medium term stay (~6 months) while I explore the city! If the situation is particularly good, I’m happy to commit to a longer term.
My preference is to have a commute to the CBD 30 mins or less via ferry/train/metro, or walking. I'm open to sharing a bathroom with one other person but would also love my own. I love a modern building, so bonus points if the house/apartment was built in the 2000's.
