I'm ideally looking for around ~$550, with a private bathroom, ideally has a yard or large balcony, and space to park my Prado. A shared house with 1 flat mate or a 2 bedroom apartment ideally. I am looking for a long term rental and to be moved in by October 8th/9th.

I'm a 35-year-old FIFO electrician, Serbo-Canadian expat, who moved to Australia in 2024 and received my permanent residency on the 1st of April 2026. I love spending time at the beach, swimming in the ocean, playing tennis, working out, hiking, and reading. When I'm not out exploring, you can generally find me gaming on my PC, plus I enjoy cooking. My place is usually quite clean and peaceful, the perfect spot for unwinding after a long day. I don't smoke nor drink much, and I'm not huge on going out partying any more.
