I'm Mel 52, my partner Sean is 57.
Looking for a granny flat separate
from the main house.
Internet at the property is essential.
We enjoy good food, fishing, being outdoors, watching action and crime and documentaries.
We enjoy most sports, our favourite is NRL.
Sean is a local concreter and I am a retired property manager, looking to study in order to change career.
If you love to eat fresh fish and mud crabs then you will be happy as Sean will do his best to bring it home and do all the hard work from the sea to your plate.
We love dogs and birds, but do not have any animals.
We have 2 adult male children who live in their own homes.
We have owned and rented our own properties over the years in both the
Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Back in 2021, we sold our property in Cleveland Brisbane and put all of our worldly belongings in storage.
We moved back to the Gold Coast and rented in Palm Beach for 2 years.
We are currently living in Elanora with family until we find something suitable
that we would like to live in and have our own space and privacy. We will be respectful of your privacy and space.
Happy to attend to any type of work around the home. Both very neat and tidy and well organised.
A typical evening for us would be a great meal, good conversation, followed by a movie, documentary or a game of backgammon.
