Melissa and Sean

I'm Mel 53 and Sean is 57.
We are looking for a granny flat with
a separate entrance to the main house
We require fully furnished .
Minimum queen size bed with clean linen. A separate bathroom.
Electricity, Water, Wifi all to be included
in the weekly rent.
We enjoy good food, fishing, being outdoors, watching crime documentaries and action movies..
We enjoy most sports, our favourite is NRL.
Sean is a local concreter and I am a student.
We love dogs and birds, but do not have any animals.
We have 2 adult male children who live in their own homes.
We have owned and rented our own properties over the years on the
Gold Coast and Brisbane.
In 2021 we sold our property in
Cleveland Brisbane and we moved back
to the Gold Coast and rented in
Palm Beach for 2 years.
We are currently living in Elanora with family until we find something suitable
that we would like to live in and have our own space and privacy. We will be respectful of your privacy and space.
Happy to attend to any type of work around the home. Both neat and tidy,
well organised and house proud.
A typical evening for us would be a great meal, good conversation, followed by a crime documentary or a game of backgammon.
