Hi, I’m Jin from Korea and moved to Melbourne about two months ago. I work full-time and plan to stay in Melbourne for at least six months (possibly longer). I’m a tidy, respectful, and easy-going person looking for a comfortable place. I enjoy cooking simple meals, watching movies, and going for walks. I’m considerate of others’ space and would love to live with flatmates who are friendly and clean.

What I’m Looking For
I am looking for a place close to Prahran, ideally within 10–15 minutes’ drive. Areas such as St Kilda, Glen Iris, Malvern, Toorak and Caulfield would all be fine.

My preferences are:
- A private bedroom
- A house with no more than 4 people in total
- A bathroom shared with no more than 1 other person
- Parking space included
- Clean and well-maintained property

I am planning to move between 10–17 September. If you have any properties that match these requirements, I would love to arrange an inspection.
