My boyfriend and I are looking for a private place just for the two of us in Brisbane. Ideally, we’re after a studio, granny flat, or 1-bedroom unit with water, electricity, and internet included.

We are both originally from Brazil and have completed Law degrees there. I am a qualified lawyer, and my boyfriend is in the process of finalizing his registration with the Brazilian Bar (OAB) and will be moving to Australia in December as a qualified lawyer.
We are a quiet, respectful, and clean couple. Most of our time is focused on studying and working, and we live a calm and organized lifestyle.

We need to be very close to a train station, as we both rely on public transport. I currently live in Brisbane, work in South Bank, and study Marketing & Communication (Certificate IV) on the Gold Coast, so I commute frequently by train. My boyfriend will be studying English and preparing for IELTS in the Brisbane CBD.
Because of this, we’re looking for a place with easy train access to both the CBD and the Gold Coast line. We’re open to living a bit further from the city, as long as it’s convenient for transport.

I am already based in Brisbane and available to attend inspections in person.
We’re responsible, organized, and will take great care of the property.
