Hi, I’m Eli! I’m moving to Melbourne from California in October 2025 to start a PhD in microbiology and bioinformatics. My PhD stipend comfortably covers rent, and I’ll be in the lab at my university most weekdays.

Outside of work, I love staying active—surfing, running, and bouldering are my go-to hobbies—and I also enjoy hanging out at the park or exploring new spots around the city. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and also social, so I’m usually up for a chat or house hangout while being mindful of everyone’s downtime.

I’m hoping to find a welcoming share house with other young, interesting people and to make some new friends while starting this next chapter of my life. Happy to share socials if we seem like a good fit!
