Early 30s professional, working in accounting/consulting. Originally from Germany and have lived in Australia for over 12 years. I’ve previously owned and rented property and also worked in property management, so I have a high standard of cleanliness and am very house proud. I am very respectful, thoughtful, courteous, kind, calm, responsible, easygoing, mature minded & genuine. I always have an open ear and keen for all sorts of activities. I love the outdoors, stay active with the gym and plenty of walks. Also love watching the footy.

I come with one 11-year-old cat (indoor/outdoor - no cat litter) who sleeps most of the time and one very friendly, calm & cuddly 10-year-old Border Collie. I am a very clean & responsible pet person, who will make sure both pets and any space the pets are occupying are kept clean.

I’m looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep. I'm happy to hang out, e.g. have a meal and/or drink together, go out together, beach, walks etc. At the same time I can read the room and give people their privacy. Overall very easy going person that just wants to live in a relaxed & happy environment with great people.
