Hey! I’m from Taiwan and moving to Brisbane in February to study at QUT (Kelvin Grove).
I’m planning to rent a 2–3 bedroom apartment or house near QUT Kelvin Grove campus starting February.
The exact apartment or house has not been rented yet, but it will be tidy, cozy, and comfortable. It will include shared kitchen and living areas, and laundry facilities.
The rental will be within walking distance or a short bus ride to campus, close to supermarkets, cafes, and parks.
I’m looking for housemates who are tidy, friendly, and enjoy a positive living environment. We can also discuss and look for an apartment or house together to find a place that everyone likes.

Expected rent: Around AUD 350–500 per week per person (2–3 bedrooms, shared among housemates)
Move-in: February (exact date to be confirmed once is rented)
Location: West End / Kelvin Grove area, near QUT Kelvin Grove campus
Bond / Security deposit: To be confirmed with the landlord once the apartment is rented

I’m friendly, easygoing, and love meeting new people. I enjoy good conversations, cozy movie nights, travel, music, and a little drink sometimes!!
I keep my space tidy and enjoy living in a clean, comfortable home.
